This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Ensure the effective management of a client portfolio, guaranteeing their utmost satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, adopting a proactive and personalized approach.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, progress updates, and steering committees.
• Analyze client data to generate reports, summaries, and clear, actionable strategies.
• Represent the client's interests internally within a continuous improvement framework by identifying challenges and opportunities for enhancement, while driving improvements across our teams.
• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in management, marketing, data, or computer science (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager (CSM) position.
• Strong understanding of information systems, including system and network infrastructures, office and collaboration tools, business applications, etc.
• Proficient spoken French (minimum C1 level).
• Strong customer service orientation, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and commercial insight.
• Excellent communication skills via phone and video conferences (Teams).
• Good spoken English (minimum B2 level).
• Access to online training resources.
