ISMS Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Create project charters, roadmaps, business cases, and comprehensive delivery plans that align with strategic goals.

• Initiate and oversee project setup activities, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and phase-gate requirements.

• Guide projects through their entire lifecycle, achieving results on schedule, within budget, and within the approved scope.

• Track progress and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource limitations.

• Handle change requests and conduct impact assessments, approvals, and implementation plans.

• Formulate project communication and stakeholder engagement strategies.

• Deliver status reports and performance updates to sponsors, steering committees, leadership teams, and stakeholders.

• Define, monitor, and report on project success criteria, KPIs, and business outcomes.

• Facilitate governance forums, workshops, project evaluations, and steering committee meetings.

• Cultivate relationships with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners.

• Inspire, lead, and coordinate cross-functional project teams.

• Promote a collaborative, high-performing, and inclusive team culture.

• Work with business and IT subject matter experts to ensure solutions align with organizational needs and strategic objectives.

• Guarantee compliance with project management standards, policies, processes, and governance requirements.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of project management methodologies, frameworks, templates, and best practices.

• Support the Project Management Community through standards, metrics, and process optimization initiatives.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure audit readiness throughout the project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is considered.

• At least 10 years of experience in IT Project Management and/or Program Management.

• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering large-scale, complex IT programs and projects.

• Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or ACP, or equivalent.

• Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery frameworks.

• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and similar platforms.

• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making across various organizational levels.

• Skills in risk management, planning, organization, and problem-solving.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Preferred experience in Information Security, ISMS, Cybersecurity, ITSM, or Governance implementation projects.

• Previous experience presenting updates, strategic plans, and executive summaries to senior leadership and C-level executives is preferred.

• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and governance frameworks pertinent to enterprise IT environments is preferred.

• Experience in the Energy, Utilities, Commodities Trading, or related industries is advantageous.

• Capability to operate at both strategic and operational levels with a proactive, hands-on approach.
