IS Applications Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Implement standard principles, theories, and concepts pertinent to the technical field.

• Address moderately complex issues.

• Oversee small to moderately complex projects.

• Create and execute new or revised system requirements or procedures.

• Assess user requirements.

• Design and deploy systems for moderately complex processes.

• Coordinate the activities of the project team.

• Offer direction, training, and mentorship to less experienced team members.

• Initiate adjustments to ensure projects remain on track.

• Provide expert support for a large multi-facility healthcare organization.

• Foster and enhance relationships with internal and external contacts, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with colleagues across Providence St. Joseph Health and Services on interdepartmental projects.

• Support and integrate Providence’s mission and core values into daily responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or equivalent education/experience.

• Epic accreditation or certification, to be maintained within 90 days of employment.

• 4 years of relevant industry experience.

• Certifications in software applications, technology infrastructure, or clinical specializations preferred at the time of hire.

• 3 years of experience in Healthcare IS preferred.

• Experience with Epic preferred.
