This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
• Execute a wide variety of administrative, procedural, and project-oriented tasks associated with transfers, process evaluations, client-specific procedures, audits, reporting, forms, and other operational requirements of the practice groups.
• Facilitate the transfer process within Practice Systems by coordinating workflows related to transfers, monitoring status, addressing routine issues, and escalating complex situations when necessary.
• Provide assistance with internal processes and coordination with external vendors for services such as PTA, proofreading, and other support functions within Practice Systems.
• Oversee and manage project logs, monitor assigned tasks, document new or updated procedures, and aid in training and cross-training within the operations group and with other teams as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in patent or trademark prosecution support services is preferred.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Word.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with IP docketing and management systems.
• Familiarity with document management systems.
