• Develop and deliver iOS features utilizing Swift.

• Design seamless mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to streamline intricate user journeys.

• Integrate backend APIs while ensuring mobile flows are stable, secure, and dependable.

• Enhance app performance, reduce crash rates, optimize loading times, improve responsiveness, manage memory usage, and boost battery efficiency.

• Leverage analytics, user behavior, and production challenges to refine the product.

• Create AI-enhanced mobile experiences solely when they genuinely enhance the user journey.

• A minimum of 3 years of iOS development experience with Swift.

• Solid understanding of iOS fundamentals and a track record of shipping production apps.

• Proficient in SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await, and iOS architectural patterns.

• Strong awareness of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user flows.

• Experience in integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues.

• Quick execution, a high degree of ownership, and meticulous attention to product quality.

• Providing app links, GitHub repositories, screenshots, or examples of completed work is highly advantageous.

• English serves as our primary working language across global teams, necessitating strong English communication skills.
