AI Architect – Senior AI Engineer, Microsoft Ecosystem

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design and build customized end-to-end architectures for generative AI and LLMs within the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, Fabric, etc.).

• Assess the technical feasibility of use cases and outline the technological roadmap in collaboration with business and data teams.

• Develop, adapt, and deploy advanced AI solutions, fine-tuning and retraining existing models based on proprietary data.

• Integrate AI with enterprise systems and data platforms, driving cross-functional adoption.

• Actively collaborate with international (Spain, Switzerland, Germany) and multidisciplinary teams, providing technical and product insights.

• Serve as a technical reference and hands-on contributor, with an eye towards potential evolution into a team lead role in the near future.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in developing and architecting generative AI solutions and LLMs, preferably using Microsoft technologies.

• Strong background in data engineering, data architecture, and software engineering.

• Proficiency in tools such as Power Platform, Copilot, Fabric, Azure AI, Dataverse, Cowork, etc.

• Practical ability to adapt, adjust, and enhance existing models: fine-tuning, retraining, and real customization on proprietary data.

• Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms and complex ecosystems.

• Commitment to technical excellence: clean code, scalability, production deployment, and product vision.

• Ability to thrive in dynamic, multidisciplinary, and high-demand international environments.

• Fluent English level (minimum C1).
