This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Set up AI agents, prompts, and workflows tailored for customer accounts.
• Convert customer needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Diagnose AI output issues, determine root causes, and enhance outcomes.
• Assess data quality and develop straightforward test cases for new workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure effective implementations.
• Over 3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Consulting, Product, or a related B2B SaaS position.
• In-depth knowledge of data structures, mappings, imports, and APIs.
• Practical experience with LLMs, AI agents, or prompt engineering.
• Proficient in troubleshooting technical challenges using logs, SQL, Python, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage directly with customers.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with PIM, ERP, eCommerce, or product data platforms.
• Nice to Have: Experience with AI coding assistants or workflow automation tools.
• Nice to Have: Background in startups.
