• Create an exceptional first impression for our current and prospective investors by delivering a world-class experience.
• Acquire, master, and implement best practices in investor relations, focusing on the principles of materiality and fair disclosure.
• Assist in all facets of the earnings preparation process, which includes drafting earnings releases and scripts, collaborating with internal teams to gather data and content, creating Q&A materials, and managing the process.
• Oversee the data support and validation process for the Investor Relations team's earnings materials.
• Contribute to the development of investor messaging that aligns with and supports the company's strategic objectives.
• Prepare timely reports for senior leadership, encompassing analyses of stock performance, peer benchmarking, analyst research, investor interactions, and Wall Street consensus.
• Assist in all aspects of the company's annual meeting and proxy process, including collaboration with investor stewardship teams on ESG topics.
• Design, maintain, and enhance investor relations materials and presentations.
• Support investor engagement activities, which involve planning, developing, and executing investor conferences, small-group meetings, and roadshows, along with preparing briefing materials.
• Project and manage logistics and deliverables for investor events.
• Monitor analyst coverage and estimates for the company, peer companies, competitors, and the broader industry.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
• Assist in managing the IR section of the corporate website.
• Respond to, qualify, and prioritize incoming inquiries.
• Become a reliable resource and build strong relationships and credibility with key internal teams, including finance, legal, accounting, marketing, and communications, to enhance understanding of the company and effectively execute responsibilities.
• Conduct ad hoc projects and analyses as required, including strategic finance initiatives.
• 5-7 years of experience in investor relations or financial analysis.
• In-depth knowledge and technical understanding of equity markets, analyst models, and valuation methodologies, as well as familiarity with proxy and ESG processes.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, coupled with strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong skills and comprehension of financial statements.
• Project management and time management skills, including the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent judgment and the ability to handle confidential information.
