Investments Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess opportunities for acquisition, disposition, redevelopment, and capital investment through detailed financial modeling and underwriting analysis.

• Create and sustain advanced financial models that assist in forecasting, budgeting, valuation, and strategic planning efforts.

• Evaluate operational performance, leasing trends, tenant sales, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and minimize risks.

• Assist in the execution of transactions, due diligence processes, and asset onboarding tasks.

• Contribute to the development of annual business plans, capital projects, and strategic asset management initiatives.

• Produce executive presentations, investment memorandums, portfolio reports, and performance analyses that inform significant business choices.

• Develop reporting dashboards, performance indicators, and decision-support tools.

• Recognize process enhancements that improve underwriting, reporting, forecasting, and portfolio management workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a similar field.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in acquisitions, asset management, investments, valuation, consulting, lending, commercial real estate finance, or related areas.

• Proficient financial modeling, underwriting, analytical, communication, and presentation capabilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities while producing precise, high-quality work.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in underwriting retail real estate assets, including outlet centers, lifestyle centers, regional malls, or mixed-use projects.

• Background in creating Investment Committee presentations and transaction analyses.

• Familiarity with Power BI, data visualization tools, and AI-driven analytical applications.

• Experience with leasing analysis, asset management planning, and capital investment underwriting.
