Investment Banking, Private Equity Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive financial models from the ground up, including LBOs, DCFs, operational models, and analyses driven by transactions.

• Assess, enhance, and confirm the accuracy of AI-generated financial reasoning, ensuring logical integrity and outputs of professional quality.

• Analyze deal-related scenarios, prompts, and deliverables, refining clarity, depth, and analytical rigor.

• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to improve AI model performance and enhance the realism of financial outcomes.

• Provide organized, transparent, and audit-ready financial analyses that comply with the standards of leading banking and private equity firms.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of relevant on-desk experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity at a top-tier firm (Academic experience is not considered).

• Proven experience in transaction execution, deal modeling, valuation, and financial analysis.

• Demonstrated capability to independently construct models and clearly articulate underlying assumptions.

• Exceptional written communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in reviewing technical financial documentation.

• Availability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the flexibility to work fully remotely and asynchronously.
