Investment Banking, Private Equity Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive financial models from the ground up, including LBOs, DCFs, operating models, and analyses driven by transactions.

• Assess, enhance, and confirm the accuracy of AI-generated financial reasoning, ensuring correctness, logical consistency, and professional standards.

• Analyze deal-related scenarios, prompts, and deliverables, enhancing clarity, depth, and analytical excellence.

• Collaborate remotely with research teams to improve the performance of AI models and ensure realistic financial applications.

• Provide structured, transparent, and audit-ready financial analyses that meet the standards of leading banking and private equity firms.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of hands-on, desk-level experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity at a prestigious firm (Academic experience is not considered).

• Proven experience in transaction execution, deal modeling, valuation, and financial analysis.

• Demonstrated capability to build models independently and clearly communicate assumptions.

• Exceptional written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in reviewing technical financial documents.

• Willingness to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week, working fully remotely and asynchronously.
