This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive financial models from the ground up, encompassing LBOs, DCFs, operational frameworks, and transaction-focused analyses.

• Assess, enhance, and confirm the accuracy of AI-generated financial reasoning, ensuring it meets standards of precision, logical consistency, and professional quality.

• Analyze deal-related scenarios, prompts, and deliverables, enhancing clarity, depth, and analytical rigor.

• Work collaboratively and asynchronously with research teams to boost AI model performance and ensure financial realism in real-world applications.

• Provide structured, transparent, and audit-ready financial analyses that comply with the benchmarks set by leading banking and private equity firms.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of relevant, on-desk experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity at a prestigious firm.

• Demonstrated success in transaction execution, deal modeling, valuation, and financial analysis.

• Proven capability to build models autonomously and clearly communicate underlying assumptions.

• Exceptional written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to review complex financial documentation.

• Must be able to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week, working fully remotely and asynchronously.
