This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive financial models from the ground up, encompassing LBOs, DCFs, operational models, and transaction-focused analyses.

• Assess, enhance, and authenticate AI-generated financial reasoning, ensuring precision, logical consistency, and outputs of professional quality.

• Analyze deal-related scenarios, prompts, and deliverables, enhancing clarity, depth, and the quality of analysis.

• Work asynchronously with research teams to improve AI model efficacy and the realism of financial applications.

• Provide structured, transparent, and audit-ready financial analyses, in line with the standards upheld by leading banking and private equity firms.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of hands-on, on-desk experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity with a prestigious firm (Academic experience is not considered).

• Proven history of transaction execution, deal modeling, valuation, and financial analysis.

• Demonstrated capability to independently build models and clearly articulate assumptions.

• Exceptional written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in reviewing technical financial content.

• Must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week, working fully remotely and asynchronously.
