This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive financial models from the ground up, including LBOs, DCFs, operating models, and analyses driven by transactions.

• Assess, enhance, and verify AI-generated financial reasoning, ensuring precision, logical consistency, and high-quality outputs.

• Analyze deal-related scenarios, prompts, and deliverables, enhancing their clarity, depth, and analytical rigor.

• Work collaboratively in a remote setting with research teams to boost AI model efficacy and ensure financial realism in real-world applications.

• Provide organized, transparent, and audit-ready financial analyses that meet the standards of leading banking and private equity firms.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of relevant, on-desk experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity at a prestigious firm.

• Proven success in transaction execution, deal modeling, valuation, and financial analysis.

• Demonstrated capability to independently build models and clearly articulate the underlying assumptions.

• Exceptional written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in reviewing technical financial documents.

• Willingness to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week, working fully remotely and asynchronously.
