Investment Banking, PE Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive financial models from the ground up, including leveraged buyouts (LBOs), discounted cash flows (DCFs), operational models, and analyses driven by transactions.

• Assess, enhance, and confirm the accuracy of AI-generated financial reasoning, ensuring it meets high standards of accuracy, logical consistency, and professional quality.

• Analyze deal-related scenarios, prompts, and deliverables, enhancing their clarity, depth, and analytical excellence.

• Work collaboratively and asynchronously with research teams to boost AI model effectiveness and the realism of financial scenarios.

• Provide organized, transparent, and audit-ready financial analyses that adhere to the benchmarks set by leading banking and private equity firms.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of direct, on-desk experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity at a leading firm (Academic experience does not qualify).

• Proven history in executing transactions, deal modeling, valuation, and conducting financial analyses.

• Demonstrated capability to independently create models and clearly communicate assumptions.

• Exceptional written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in reviewing technical financial documentation.

• Willingness to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week, working fully remotely and asynchronously.
