Investment Banking Intern / Venture Capital Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• You will collaborate with our agile and rapidly evolving team that focuses on serving and investing in growth-oriented business-to-business technology firms.

• Support the creation of financial models, valuation analyses, pitchbooks, and various presentations, as well as the development of internal business processes.

• Conduct due diligence related to mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, and proprietary investments made by the firm's venture capital funds.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's degree in business (finance) or a related field, or possess a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.

• You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Strong research, quantitative, analytical, and written as well as verbal communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
