Investment Banking Intern, Fall 2026

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Interns will acquire skills, expand their professional network, and obtain hands-on experience in investment banking.

• Collaborating closely with execution and support teams to facilitate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing projects.

• Engaging in financial analysis and modeling, conducting company and industry research, contributing to the preparation of client presentations, and interacting with senior bankers and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently in Junior or Senior year at a US or Canadian university with a minimum GPA of 3.5.

• Proven ability to produce marketing documentation, model transactions, perform research, conduct insightful competitive analyses, and execute valuation analyses.

• Experience in financial modeling using Excel, along with basic or advanced skills in PowerPoint.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering a high volume of quality work within tight deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A strong academic background from a reputable undergraduate program is essential.

• An entrepreneurial mindset is preferred.

• Must possess work authorization in the US.
