Investment Banking Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop accurate, task-specific grading standards for real-world banking outputs.

• Assess financial models, valuation analyses, pitch decks, CIMs, deal memos, and materials for boards and committees.

• Evaluate AI-generated and human-produced work samples based on established criteria.

• Deliver comprehensive written explanations for each score awarded.

• Utilize consistent, evidence-based reasoning to ensure that scores are reproducible and justifiable.

• Integrate structured feedback from senior reviewers.

• Rapidly iterate on evaluation tasks.

• Submit a resume or relevant professional experience.

• Complete a brief assessment or furnish additional information upon request.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in investment banking (associate level or higher).

• Experience at top global investment banks or prestigious advisory firms.

• Proficiency in M&A, coverage, or capital markets.

• Expertise in three-statement and transaction modeling, including DCF, LBO, comparables, and merger mathematics.

• Strong skills in valuation judgment.

• Experience in creating and assessing deal-process documentation.

• Understanding of formatting and accuracy standards for high-quality banking outputs.

• Exceptional written communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented and consistent in work.

• Comfortable having decisions reviewed and compared with peers.

• Previous experience in AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is highly advantageous.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.

• H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
