This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop precise and task-specific grading criteria tailored for real-world banking deliverables.

• Assess financial models, valuation analyses, pitch decks, CIMs, deal memos, and materials for boards and committees.

• Rate both AI-generated and human work samples based on the established grading criteria.

• Deliver comprehensive written justifications for each score assigned.

• Utilize consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure scores are reproducible and justifiable.

• Integrate structured feedback from senior reviewers into the evaluation process.

• Rapidly iterate on evaluation tasks to enhance efficiency.

• Assist on Mercor projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in investment banking (associate level or higher).

• Experience at top global investment banks or prestigious advisory boutiques in areas such as M&A, coverage, or capital markets.

• Extensive knowledge of three-statement and transaction modeling, which includes DCF, LBO, comparables, and merger math.

• Strong judgment when it comes to valuation.

• Familiarity with deal-process documentation, including pitch decks, CIMs, deal memos, and materials for boards and committees.

• Understanding of formatting and accuracy standards pertinent to high-quality banking work products.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and consistent in work output.

• Comfortable with having one's judgment reviewed and compared against peers.

• Previous involvement in AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is a significant advantage but not mandatory.

• Candidates must not hold H1-B or STEM OPT status.
