📋 Description

• Review AI-generated financial analyses for precision, logic, and professional standards.

• Evaluate valuation outputs, financial modeling premises, and reasoning related to transactions.

• Assess whether AI responses align with real-world investment banking practices.

• Identify inaccuracies, weak premises, missing context, or misleading conclusions.

• Review deal scenarios involving M&A, capital markets, private equity, or strategic finance.

• Provide clear written feedback based on project-specific rubrics and guidelines.

• Utilize your expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution to enhance AI system performance.

• Work autonomously in a remote, asynchronous environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as Investment Banking Analyst, Investment Banking Associate, Private Equity Analyst, Private Equity Associate, or a closely related transaction-focused finance position.

• Experience with AI model training and workflows.

• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and investment banking processes.

• Capable of accurately evaluating financial analyses, transaction logic, and deal-related terminology.

• Excellent writing and communication abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Competent in following detailed instructions and project guidelines.

• Comfortable working independently in an asynchronous setting.

• Must reside in the United States.
