📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive analysis and evaluation of commercial and financial data for acquisition targets.

• Develop and deliver assessments regarding the initial fit of acquisition targets.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and discover new acquisition opportunities.

• Locate software businesses that align with acquisition criteria and metrics, guiding these opportunities through the deal cycle.

• Assist the M&A team with various tasks related to the closure of active deals.

• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams on data requests, information sharing, project meetings, and deal execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in transaction advisory services, buy-side financial due diligence advisory, public accounting/external audit in technology or software sectors, corporate development, FP&A, or finance within software or SaaS companies, revenue accounting and operations, controllership/accounting operations, or business operations/strategic finance in software or SaaS businesses.

• Significant experience in analyzing and evaluating software and SaaS companies.

• Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards and policies.

• Proven strong academic performance at a reputable institution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline.

• Professional maturity and presence to effectively engage with C-level executives.

• Willingness to work half of each day in alignment with North American business hours.

• Self-motivated individual with excellent sales and communication skills.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with meticulous attention to detail.
