Investment Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive research on investment prospects across various asset classes, including public equities, fixed income, private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and private/public infrastructure.

• Assess funds' investment strategies, documentation, marketing presentations, and factsheets to identify appropriate opportunities that align with the established investment strategy.

• Analyze the track record, investment approach, operational framework, and risk management practices of fund operators.

• Create investment appraisal documentation.

• Track macroeconomic trends and developments in financial markets.

• Conduct mathematical calculations and modeling related to different derivative instruments.

• Develop financial models and investment presentations.

• Execute sector research across various market segments in different regions.

• Generate monthly reporting statements for selected clients' portfolios.

• Assist with semi-annual and annual portfolio reviews and the preparation of presentation materials.

• Produce monthly factsheets and concise reports for alternative investment asset classes.

• Carry out a variety of ad-hoc tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investments, or a related discipline.

• ACCA or CFA designation is advantageous.

• 2–4 years of experience in a Big 4 firm, investment banking, or other pertinent financial sectors.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skill set.

• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling techniques.

• Knowledge of capital markets and alternative investment strategies.

• Fluent in English.
