Investment Advisor (Mid/Senior)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee, monetize, and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, concentrating on individual equities and portfolios beginning at BRL 50 million in total assets.

• Facilitate consultative asset allocation discussions tailored to each client's risk tolerance and financial goals.

• Analyze macroeconomic conditions and offer comprehensive financial solutions, which include fixed income, equities, funds, pension/retirement products, international offerings, and structured products.

• Identify new clients and implement Member-Get-Member (referral) and networking initiatives.

• Foster ongoing relationships to ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction (NPS).

• Increase assets under management and deliver results independently in a remote working environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active certification: Ancord (AAI) or CEA / CFP® based on role configuration.

• Demonstrated experience in investment advisory, Private Banking, or financial consulting at mid or senior levels.

• Proven history of managing portfolios with a minimum of BRL 50 million in AUM.

• In-depth understanding of investment products in both domestic and international markets.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and emotional intelligence abilities.

• Permanent residency in the State of São Paulo.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, International Trade, Business Administration, Accounting, Actuarial/Financial Sciences, Economics, or Financial Management.

• Preferred: CFP® or CGA certification; a strong network within the HNW segment; experience in remote work with a focus on delivery and target achievement.

• Over 10 years of professional experience.
