This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the collection and consolidation of data for new product introductions by collaborating closely with sales, marketing, product management/development, and suppliers.
• Ensure the item master/product data in the ERP system is accurate and up-to-date.
• Analyze inventory and demand data to aid in product lifecycle management.
• Support the creation and distribution of inventory obsolescence reports under the guidance of the Sr. Supply Chain Manager.
• Conduct data analysis and market research, offering insights that empower product teams to make informed decisions regarding product development, strategy, and overall direction.
• Work with other departments to enhance workflows related to inventory.
• Utilize and uphold ERP data for effective item master management.
• Resolve system issues and provide technical assistance to inventory control personnel.
• Engage in system upgrades and implementations.
• Foster effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding inventory control.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Uphold customer experience through ERP processing and manage vendor process flows, resolving customer orders internally.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in inventory control, demonstrating a successful track record.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
• Proficient in using ERP/WMS systems.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
