Inventory Reconciliation Coordinator – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Analyze and address daily inventory discrepancies between 3PL warehouse partners and NetSuite.

• Process automated reconciliation tasks received overnight and follow up on pending items.

• Collaborate with warehouse teams to gather supporting documentation and resolve discrepancies.

• Create and modify NetSuite records for straightforward inventory reconciliation issues.

• Identify discrepancies that may have financial implications and escalate them to the relevant internal team.

• Execute daily fulfillment posting tasks.

• Perform a weekly review of purchase order (PO) alignment.

• Monitor multiple open reconciliation items across facilities and ensure timely follow-up.

• Maintain precise records and provide updates to internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Background in inventory reconciliation, supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related area.

• Familiarity with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system, or the capability to quickly learn new systems.

• Experience with ClickUp or a similar task management platform is advantageous.

• Sound judgment in deciding whether to resolve issues independently or escalate them.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and open items across various facilities.

• Capable of working independently during morning hours with limited daily team overlap.

• Strong follow-through and accountability.

• Experience collaborating with 3PL warehouses.

• Knowledge of NetSuite inventory or fulfillment processes.

• Background in inventory control, order management, or supply chain operations.

• Experience working with several warehouse or logistics partners.

• Proficient in purchase order reconciliation.
