This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Supervise the accuracy of inventory and reconciliation processes across all retail locations nationwide.
• Perform regular and on-demand inventory audits, cycle counts, and variance analyses to uphold inventory integrity.
• Evaluate inventory reports to pinpoint discrepancies, trends, and areas for enhancement in stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with store operations and supply chain teams to guarantee precise receiving, transfers, and returns.
• Work together with merchandising and planning teams to synchronize stock levels with anticipated demand and promotional efforts.
• Create and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure uniform inventory practices across all sites.
• Assist store teams with inventory-related training, tools, and best practices to minimize shrinkage and boost efficiency.
• Partner with Loss Prevention to identify and resolve root causes of shrinkage, theft, or operational errors.
• Deliver comprehensive reporting and insights to senior leadership regarding inventory status, discrepancies, and resolution strategies.
• Engage in new store openings, relocations, and closures by managing inventory setup and transfer processes.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Retail Operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
• More than 3 years of experience in inventory management, retail operations, or supply chain within a multi-store context.
• Proven experience in conducting audits, analyzing inventory data, and executing inventory control initiatives.
• Previous experience supporting retail stores across multiple regions or nationally is preferred.
• Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and inventory compliance standards.
• Strong understanding of retail inventory management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, capable of interpreting large datasets and generating actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence store-level compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory management or ERP software (e.g., Metrc, Dutchie Backoffice, Lucid).
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.
• Experience in a dynamic, multi-location retail environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly to retail locations nationwide for audits, training, and support.
