Inventory & E-Commerce Operations VA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Ensure the accuracy of the Shopify store by uploading received inventory using the complete retail product name.

• Manage inventory by conducting regular spot-checks across a diverse catalog of high-SKU, multi-vendor products.

• Process purchase orders by entering them in a way that precisely reflects what was ordered.

• Coordinate with vendors by following up on order statuses and any outstanding invoices.

• Provide general administrative support including email management, scheduling, and other daily tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Shopify and inventory management processes.

• Demonstrated success in an administrative or executive assistant position, with a focus on accuracy.

• Ability to work independently within a large, dynamic SKU catalog while maintaining minimal errors.

• Proficient in clear and professional written and spoken English.

• A background or personal interest in cycling, running, triathlon, or other sporting goods categories is highly advantageous.
