This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +10 more states.
• Assist with inventory allocation tasks to ensure product availability and meet customer service goals.
• Conduct inventory reconciliations across WMS, FDM4, and other inventory management platforms.
• Examine and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Aid in inventory-related processes linked to FDM4 and other system implementations.
• Manage and process inventory holds to facilitate customer order management.
• Evaluate inventory shortages, delays, and stock levels, and communicate effects to internal stakeholders.
• Inform Sales and Customer Service of inventory challenges that may impact customer orders.
• Work in collaboration with Compliance, IT, Sales, Marketing, Planning, Warehouse Operations, and Quality teams to address inventory-related challenges.
• Assist with inventory balancing tasks, including Trimark bulk transfers between locations.
• Execute inventory adjustments for shortages, overages, damaged items, and receiving discrepancies.
• Conduct cycle count reviews and help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory control processes and system accuracy.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and timely completion of inventory transactions.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, accounting, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) processes is preferred.
• Must reside in Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.
