Inventory and Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of inventory-related processes across third-party logistics (3PL) providers and internal systems.

• Observe synchronization errors between Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and NetSuite.

• Oversee controls to ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions.

• Organize physical inventory counts and investigate variances.

• Guarantee adherence to audit requirements related to inventory processes.

• Support communication during inventory migrations and year-end audits.

• Examine discrepancies and develop corrective action plans.

• Deliver analytical support metrics regarding inventory accuracy and reconciliation outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in inventory control, internal audit, or supply chain operations, with a strong preference for experience in 3PL environments.

• Proficient in NetSuite (or a similar ERP system) and warehouse management systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Understanding of internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit practices.

• Excellent communication abilities, with a capacity to collaborate across various departments.

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, variance analysis, and complex reconciliations.

• Proven experience in vendor reconciliation and technical troubleshooting of inventory discrepancies.

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Google Script, Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, or Snowflake.
