This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Verify essential trading partner attributes within OneStream, such as intragovernmental relationships, elimination mapping, and reporting hierarchy.
• Collaborate with agency finance, accounting, operations, and master data stakeholders to guarantee trading partner records are thorough, precise, and standardized.
• Assist in processes for adding, updating, and retiring trading partners, working in conjunction with agency data governance and master data protocols.
• Coordinate with accounting, budgeting, reporting, consolidation, and data teams to validate the flow of partner-related activities through OneStream and subsequent reports.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by confirming trading partner eliminations, reconciliations, reporting outcomes, and interface dependencies.
• Examine missing, inconsistent, or misclassified trading partner data and direct issues to the relevant functional or data owner for resolution.
• Ensure that trading partner data underpins comprehensive and substantiated reporting, intercomponent reconciliation, and analysis of intragovernmental balances.
• Document setup rules, mapping logic, ownership, and update procedures to support consistent operations and sustainability post go-live.
• Comprehension of intragovernmental transactions, eliminations, reconciliations, and federal consolidation support processes.
• Knowledge of federal reporting controls, traceability expectations, and necessary documentation.
• Capability to translate business needs into trading partner attributes, mapping rules, validation checks, and operational procedures.
• Proficient in data validation, issue triage, root-cause analysis, and reconciliation techniques.
• Experience collaborating with agency finance, accounting operations, reporting, data, and technical teams.
• Strong documentation abilities concerning data standards, ownership, mapping logic, and update procedures.
• Experience with the Department of Defense (DoD) is a plus.
