This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Conduct Executive Screening Calls: Facilitate video interviews with potential instructors (identified by our recruitment team) to assess their charisma, expertise, and teaching capabilities.

• Transition to Sales: Quickly evaluate candidates. If they fit the criteria, seamlessly shift from "interviewer" to "recruiter" to promote the vision of developing a course with ELVTR.

• Quality Assurance: You serve as the gatekeeper. It is essential to tactfully decline senior leaders who do not align with our specific instructor standards while upholding a positive brand reputation.

• Candidate Pipeline Management: Progress successful candidates to the Production stage, ensuring a smooth transition to our Course Creators.

• Strategic Insights: Offer immediate feedback to the sourcing team to assist them in refining their search criteria based on your discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in Executive Search, High-Ticket Sales, Business Development, or Talent Management.

• Communication Skills: Outstanding English proficiency with a strong ability to convey verbal nuances. You should be adept at reading the room and adjusting your tone to suit various personalities.

• Technological Proficiency: Comfortable overseeing a high number of meetings via Zoom and maintaining organized records in our ATS/CRM (HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter).

• Connectivity: A dependable, high-speed internet connection (fibre preferred) and a backup power solution (UPS/Inverter) are highly beneficial considering local power infrastructure.
