Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews with software developers.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer feedback on candidates' performance, coding style, and communication abilities.

• Work in partnership with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., knowledge of data structures and algorithms).
