This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.
• Complete the necessary training for the Virtual Sales Representative position and uphold foundational knowledge of products and clinical information.
• Execute sales activities in accordance with Travel & Entertainment guidelines, Advamed Policies, and Integrity Policies.
• Adhere to promotional programs and lunch and learn sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Provide timely updates to the Project Leader regarding business activities, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Maintain and refresh profiles of current and prospective target HCPs/Clinicians.
• Assess customer clinical needs, objectives, and limitations related to patient care.
• Identify where Boston Scientific therapies can offer a holistic healthcare solution.
• Pinpoint key referral networks for the assigned therapy.
• Arrange virtual meetings with physicians.
• Utilize Boston Scientific-approved tools and resources for virtual sales communications and product promotion.
• Educate physicians, identify referral networks, uncover therapy opportunities, and lead sales conversations to successful closure of business.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in managing accounts, workflows, or initiatives where success relied on organization, follow-through, and independent decision-making.
• Proficient in analyzing data or trends and translating insights into actionable steps or recommendations.
• Experience in communicating with various types of stakeholders to advance work without in-person interaction.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable engaging in structured discovery conversations regarding pricing, volume, or process efficiency.
• Capable of operating with accountability, including ownership of outcomes linked to forecasts, execution, and customer follow-up.
• Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, or another regulated or operationally complex field.
• Preferred: Previous exposure to contract reviews, pricing negotiations, inventory management, or margin-sensitive decision-making.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting or leading capital equipment evaluations, trials, or implementation efforts in a virtual setting.
• Preferred: Proven ability to create and maintain business plans connected to measurable outcomes.
• Preferred: Experience working across a diverse product portfolio.
• Preferred: Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, or performance tracking tools.
• Preferred: Track record of utilizing feedback and coaching to enhance execution, efficiency, and results.
• Preferred: Experience selling to Oncologists.
• Preferred: Background in Inside Sales.
• Strong ability to build and maintain solid customer relationships.
• Must possess energy, enthusiasm, determination, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and listening abilities.

• Self-disciplined individual with the ability to work from home and flexibility for field work as needed.

• Capable of working independently.
• Expertise in identifying opportunities and expanding referrals within the assigned territory.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, along with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional communication skills, encompassing verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and active listening abilities.
• Clear, articulate, and grammatically correct speech.
• Excellent rapport-building skills.
• Strong learning agility with the capacity to learn, comprehend, and communicate complex technical or medical terminology.
• Ability to maintain required technical expertise, including knowledge of competitive products.
