Inside Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership to the Inside Sales Team.

• Formulate inside sales strategies and tactics to enhance support for the outside sales team and expand the customer base.

• Supervise daily activities of the Inside Sales Team and manage escalations.

• Guide team members through regular one-on-one meetings to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams on quarterly calling initiatives.

• Manage budgets and execute sales strategies to meet sales goals.

• Create product scripts and qualifying inquiries for call campaigns.

• Maintain and enhance inside sales processes, lead generation efforts, and quarterly project planning.

• Generate weekly and monthly performance dashboard reports utilizing CRM activity data and call metrics.

• Deliver quarterly analyses to Senior Management regarding bookings, lead generation, meetings, and quote opportunities.

• Prepare monthly project summaries for stakeholders.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to eliminate barriers and facilitate team goal attainment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preference for Spanish-speaking candidates.

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales management.

• At least 2 years of sales experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Sales Automation tools is essential.

• Strong sales coaching and relationship-building competencies.

• Exceptional oral communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to develop and strengthen customer relationships.

• Ability to drive sales growth and meet team objectives.
