Internship – Working Student Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with daily Finance operations.

• Carry out preliminary bookkeeping tasks, which involve document capture, account coding, and invoice verification for both accounts payable and receivable.

• Conduct account reconciliations and prepare travel expense reports.

• Aid in the monthly and annual closing procedures.

• Document operational processes and assist with ERP implementation, data migration, and the maintenance of master data.

• Contribute to budget planning and forecasting, comparisons of targets versus actuals, KPI reporting, liquidity and cost management, as well as ad-hoc analyses.

• Evaluate and test AI tools for applications within Finance.

• Create Finance processes and tools utilizing AI, including reporting dashboards and budget planning instruments.

• Integrate AI models with Finance-related data, encompassing data preparation and visualization.

• Internship length: 6–8 weeks.

• Commitment as a Working Student: a minimum of 6 months.

• Educational background appropriate for assisting in daily Finance operations and the development of AI-driven Finance tools.
