📋 Description

• In the role of Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be a vital member of our People Team, actively contributing to the attraction of exceptional talent at FINN.

• Your responsibilities will encompass the entire hiring process — from creating job advertisements and engaging with candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with job offers.

• You will swiftly take charge of your designated roles, gain practical recruiting experience, and establish yourself as a trusted partner for both hiring managers and candidates.

• Excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues from various teams, building trust through clear, professional, and empathetic communication.

• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership; you thrive on finding practical solutions and constantly improving processes.

• Structured and organized approach to work; capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on key objectives.

• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and proficient in English (B2 or higher).

• Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, customer-facing roles, or startup settings is advantageous.

• Strong eagerness to learn, contribute innovative ideas, and explore how AI, automation, and data can transform the future of talent acquisition.
