📋 Description

• Manage a regional pipeline quota for revenue generated through partner-sourced and partner-influenced channels across EMEA and APAC.

• Develop and implement Arize’s strategy for international partnerships.

• Initiate co-selling efforts with regional partner teams from AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard regional systems integrators, consultancies, VARs, and technology partners.

• Cultivate executive-level relationships with key strategic partners.

• Create regional joint go-to-market initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Partnerships and Regional Sales Leaders.

• Establish and oversee partner enablement programs in the region.

• Monitor and report on the regional partner pipeline and the overall health of partnerships.

• Navigate complex regulatory, cultural, and market challenges across EMEA and APAC.

• Represent Arize at significant regional industry events.

• Act as the internal advocate for EMEA and APAC markets.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, international business development, alliances, or a similar field.

• Extensive experience in building and scaling partnerships within EMEA and/or APAC markets.

• Proven success in meeting or exceeding pipeline quotas in a partner or business development capacity.

• Established ability to foster executive-level relationships with global SIs, consultancies, cloud partners, or technology vendors.

• Experience in activating cloud co-sell programs in international markets.

• Strong understanding of enterprise AI/ML, data infrastructure, or cloud technology sectors.

• Skilled in designing and executing joint go-to-market strategies.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strategic thinker capable of operating at a high level while also executing effectively.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at building programs in early-stage or high-growth settings.

• Located in the UK.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages pertinent to EMEA or APAC markets is highly advantageous.
