This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Lead the acquisition of new business internationally across retail and brand sectors.
• Create and implement strategies for market entry and expansion.
• Identify and secure new client opportunities, overseeing the entire sales process from initial engagement to contract finalization.
• Establish, develop, and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Technical teams to ensure project feasibility, accurate costing, and seamless handover.
• Partner with Marketing to enhance positioning, create presentations, and support go-to-market strategies.
• Negotiate commercial terms to meet profitability targets.
• Keep track of market changes, competitor actions, and emerging trends.
• Serve as a representative of ARIAN at international client meetings.
• Demonstrated experience in international B2B sales, preferably in print, POS, retail, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven success in acquiring new clients.
• Strong commercial insight and negotiation abilities.
• Technical knowledge of production processes and materials.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally is essential.
