This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between partners and internal teams, including Operations, Product, Planning, Marketing, Compliance, and Legal.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to guarantee accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of orders across all markets.
• Track in-season performance and proactively address issues to maximize growth opportunities.
• Ensure consistent alignment across regional calendars, marketing initiatives, and product deliveries.
• Work alongside Marketing to create localized campaigns that reflect brand values and seasonal priorities.
• Contribute to range planning to ensure that regional market needs and partner opportunities are adequately addressed during the GTM process.
• Generate precise sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Complete market visit reports that emphasize brand positioning, competitor insights, opportunities, and actions to enhance brand performance.
• Desired commercial sales experience in footwear or activewear within wholesale and/or international channels.
• Demonstrated success in business development, negotiation, and account/partner management.
• Strong knowledge of international trade, governance, and market entry strategies.
• Experience managing multi-market accounts/partners across a diverse geographic area.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in a secondary language is a plus.
• Advanced commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with order management systems (SAP or similar systems preferred).
• Capable of presenting product, trend, and performance insights to both partners and internal teams.
