This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring the sales process is conducted in an organized and efficient manner.
• Conduct thorough diagnostics to comprehend each client's needs, objectives, and challenges related to their immigration projects.
• Deliver personalized presentations of Amorim Global’s service solutions, aligning our offerings with the specific needs of clients.
• Navigate complex negotiations, address objections, and showcase the value of our services to achieve contract closures.
• Maintain a proactive relationship with clients throughout their entire journey (post-sale), serving as the primary contact until service completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, operations) to guarantee seamless delivery of contracted services.
• Remain consistently informed about legislation and trends in the global immigration landscape.
• Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets, contributing to the rapid growth of the company.
• Demonstrated experience in consultative B2C sales of high-value services (e.g., investments, luxury real estate, study abroad, insurance).
• A consistent history of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales goals.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to present intricate information in a clear and convincing manner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Law, Marketing, or related fields.
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency (a significant advantage).
• International experience (including travel, exchange programs, or work and residence abroad).
• Prior experience in the immigration, tourism, or global mobility sectors.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or Solution Selling.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
