International Recruitment Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and harmonization of recruitment strategies throughout Europe

• Guarantee that recruitment initiatives are scalable, sustainable, and in accordance with organizational goals

• Build and maintain relationships with churches, organizations, networks, Sending Entities, and other stakeholders to assist in the identification and deployment of workers

• Initiate, manage, and support recruitment initiatives such as events, campaigns, and presentations

• Provide GEM workers, leaders, and partners with the necessary tools, training, and motivation to participate in recruitment within their respective contexts

• Collaborate closely with the International Personnel Team to synchronize recruitment with onboarding, placement, and long-term service pathways

• Ensure effective communication and cooperation across various departments and regions
