International Recruiter, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Drive recruitment for essential high-volume positions.

• Identify and attract top talent through innovative channels beyond LinkedIn.

• Function as a full-cycle recruiter, managing the process from sourcing to finalizing candidates.

• Oversee candidate pipelines for 10-15 simultaneous openings.

• Support the creation of job postings, hiring strategies, and evaluation rubrics.

• Utilize candidate feedback to refine and enhance recruiting processes.

• Guide colleagues and foster a culture of ongoing improvement within recruitment.

• Develop scalable systems for recruitment workflows.

• Prioritize diversity within hiring practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in supporting hiring for Operations teams (including Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, Fraud, and/or Business Operations).

• Proven ability to hire at high volumes while balancing both quantity and quality.

• Proficiency as a full-stack recruiter, capable of managing the end-to-end candidate experience.

• Passionate about sourcing and building relationships with passive candidates.

• Comfortable with taking ownership in a dynamic startup environment.

• Committed to providing an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring a human-centric approach for all interactions with Whatnot throughout the hiring journey.

• Highly organized, adept at juggling multiple competing priorities.

• Data-driven, monitoring pipeline health to align priorities and manage hiring manager expectations.

• Advocate for diversity hiring and inclusive interviewing practices.
