This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Spearhead the recruitment for essential high-volume positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders, adopting a consultative style to influence hiring choices, refine strategies, and align recruitment priorities with overarching business objectives.
• Attract top talent. You will innovate and partner with hiring managers to connect with exceptional candidates and delve into creative sourcing channels beyond LinkedIn.
• Function as a complete-cycle recruiter, handling everything from sourcing and screening to managing candidates through interviews and finalizing offers.
• Manage multiple roles simultaneously. You may oversee the pipelines for and work on filling 10-15 (or more at times) open positions concurrently.
• Assist in developing job postings, hiring strategies, and evaluation criteria. Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, screening rubrics, and guide the hiring process throughout.
• Continuously improve based on candidate feedback. Enhance the recruitment experience by acting on insights from candidates or other signals.
• Elevate the recruitment team. Mentor colleagues, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement that enhances recruiting excellence across the organization.
• Establish scalable processes. Focus on enhancing and standardizing recruitment workflows that can grow with the company, creating repeatable and effective practices applicable across the business.
• Champion diversity. Seek out proven traditional and innovative methods to introduce new perspectives to the team, promoting inclusive hiring practices.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting hiring for Operations teams (including Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, Fraud, and/or Business Operations) within high-growth startups or fast-paced companies.
• Proven ability to hire at high volumes while balancing both quality and quantity.
• Comfortable functioning as a full-stack recruiter, managing the complete candidate process from start to finish.
• Passionate about sourcing. Enjoy sourcing for roles and take pride in nurturing and building relationships with passive candidates.
