International Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assist candidates in their pursuit of employment opportunities in Southern Europe.

• Perform initial interviews through phone, email, and video conferencing.

• Oversee the complete application process from the initial interview to the commencement of employment.

• Collaborate with our international partner organizations to ensure seamless placements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service.

• Strong communication skills — both verbal (via phone) and written.

• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level) for effective partner communication.

• Digital proficiency: familiarity with MS Office, ATS, and online platforms.

• Experience in Southern European countries such as Portugal, Spain, and Greece is an advantage!
