This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment goals.

• Promote job openings across international platforms.

• Source and connect with potential candidates through digital and social media channels.

• Conduct preliminary evaluations and interviews of candidates.

• Build enduring relationships with applicants.

• Ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment.

• Proficiency in English is a must.

• Expertise in social media, candidate sourcing, and networking sites.

• Excellent communication skills, adaptability, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Commitment to a minimum of 30 hours per week.
