International Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire recruitment cycle: Oversee everything from the initial intake conversation with leadership to the issuance of the final offer letter.

• Global Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates across the U.S., LATAM, India, and other regions. You know where to find the top talent, even beyond LinkedIn.

• Exceptional Candidate Experience: Guarantee that every applicant, regardless of the outcome, receives a smooth, respectful, and "Blacksmith-standard" experience.

• Cultural Assessment: Assess candidates for more than just their skills. You will act as the primary line of defense in ensuring each hire aligns with our cultural and performance standards.

• Talent Pipeline Development: Keep a "warm bench" of freelancers and full-time candidates ready so we can act swiftly when new projects begin.

• Organizational Excellence: Maintain a tidy, data-driven pipeline in our ATS (Ashby/Lever) and keep hiring managers informed throughout the process.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience: You have managed full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a tech, digital, or creative agency setting.

• High-Accountability Attitude: You thrive without micromanagement, delivering results because you take pride in your work.

• Global Awareness: You are adept at navigating various time zones and cultural differences in the hiring process.

• Technologically Proficient: You are comfortable using an ATS and appreciate a streamlined, automated workflow.

• Strong Communicator: You can craft a cold outreach email that garners responses and conduct interviews that leave candidates impressed.
