This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee daily performance of the P2P platform throughout LATAM, focusing on liquidity, order success rates, disputes, and user interactions.
• Detect operational inefficiencies and suggest data-informed strategies to enhance platform effectiveness and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with risk and compliance departments to ensure secure marketplace operations and compliance with local regulations.
• Implement operational processes such as merchant vetting, transaction oversight, quality assessments, and policy implementation.
• Evaluate P2P market trends, pricing variations, payment methods, and the competitive environment across LATAM regions.
• Assist in the development of the merchant ecosystem: onboarding, performance analysis, incentive initiatives, and quality enhancements.
• Maintain balanced liquidity across primary fiat pairs and payment channels in various LATAM nations.
• Create dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor LATAM P2P market conditions and internal KPIs.
• Track key metrics such as spread competitiveness, completion rates, cancellations, and fraud trends.
• Deliver regular business insights to internal teams, aiding in strategic planning and roadmap development.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to convey regional requirements, test new P2P features, and support local implementation.
• Work in partnership with marketing and community teams on regional initiatives, payment method expansion, and user education.
• Coordinate with customer support and dispute resolution teams to ensure efficient resolution of user cases.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• More than 2 years of experience in P2P operations, marketplace management, cryptocurrency exchanges, fintech, banking, or payment platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of LATAM’s cryptocurrency ecosystem, including key markets, regulations, and user behaviors.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail and a sense of accountability.
• Proficiency in English is essential for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders. Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese) will be advantageous.
