This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +5 more countries.
• Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for hypoparathyroidism that connects global marketing teams with local territory partner implementation.
• Gather partner insights and evaluate market trends, competitive landscapes, and patient requirements.
• Drive the brand positioning and value proposition of Yorvipath across global markets.
• Ensure uniform branding and messaging across all marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with colleagues from global marketing, R&D, regulatory affairs, international digital, market access, and medical affairs.
• Work with regional partner teams to adapt strategies to meet local market demands.
• Support and execute go-to-market strategies to optimize product accessibility and reimbursement.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to strengthen market presence.
• Design and manage initiatives that educate healthcare professionals and stakeholders on the management and treatment of growth disorders.
• Enable patient-centered marketing strategies for rare diseases.
• Establish success metrics and KPIs for marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to refine marketing efforts.
• Lead various core marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with deadlines.
• Prepare progress updates and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Report directly to the Head of International Strategic Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in international strategic and executional marketing with partners in the life sciences sector.
• Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and a data-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Capacity to work efficiently in a cross-functional and multicultural setting.
• Proven experience in endocrinology, rare diseases, and/or specialty pharmaceuticals is preferred but not essential.
• Experience with international regulatory submissions and engagement with health authorities.
• Remote work arrangement.
• Approximately 20% opportunities for international travel.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate global time zones.
