• Facilitate the implementation and engagement of regional HR initiatives.
• Aid in the standardization and documentation of HR processes to enhance uniformity across different countries.
• Participate in employee engagement programs and HR communication efforts.
• Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that content remains up-to-date, relevant, and easily accessible.
• Perform training needs assessments aligned with organizational goals and individual growth objectives.
• Assist in the development and rollout of learning materials, micro-training sessions, and development programs.
• Manage internal communication channels to ensure timely distribution of essential information.
• Update and enhance SharePoint as the primary resource for HR materials, policies, and company announcements.
• Create and execute communication strategies that foster connection, transparency, and employee involvement.
• Provide support to senior HR team members on a variety of tasks, projects, and change management initiatives.
• Contribute to process mapping, standardization, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Utilize digital tools—including AI-enhanced technologies—to optimize administrative functions and enhance efficiency.
• Assist with maintaining data accuracy, reporting, and ensuring high-quality HR documentation.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, Internal Communications, Learning & Development, or a related HR function.
• Prior experience with HR systems (HRIS, LMS, SharePoint, or similar platforms) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with multinational or multi-country settings is advantageous.
• Proven interest in digital HR transformation, technology, or AI-driven productivity solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and engagingly.
• Digital proficiency, with a keen interest in HR technology, AI applications, and contemporary productivity systems.
• High adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across various countries and functions.
• A proactive and hands-on approach—eager to experiment, enhance processes, and take initiative.
• Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
