International HR Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Providing top-notch HR consultancy and interim support to international clients across various European nations.

• Overseeing client requests from the initial intake stage through to successful delivery, ensuring an outstanding client experience at all times.

• Offering advice to clients on a wide array of international HR issues and converting complex HR challenges into actionable solutions.

• Establishing trusted relationships with clients by serving as their strategic HR partner and primary point of contact.

• Collaborating closely with Parakar's country specialists to gather local expertise and transform it into clear, business-oriented advice.

• Juggling multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently while ensuring high quality and effective communication.

• Leveraging HR insights and data to assist clients in making informed decisions regarding their personnel.

• Spotting opportunities to enhance our services, improve client experience, and refine internal processes.

• Taking charge of complex client challenges and driving them to successful resolution.

• Continuously enhancing your HR expertise and maintaining an inquisitive mindset towards new developments in international HR.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are based in one of the countries where Parakar operates.

• You possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, or have an equivalent level of experience and thinking.

• You bring 3–5 years of experience in HR Consulting, HR Business Partnering, People Operations, HR Project Management, or a comparable HR role, ideally within a fast-paced start-up, scale-up, or high-growth setting.

• You have experience in supporting international teams, remote workforces, or across multiple countries, and are situated in Europe within one of the countries where Parakar functions.

• You are knowledgeable about the fundamentals of employment law and recognize when to engage specialists for optimal solutions.

• You are adept at navigating uncertainty, addressing complex HR challenges, and consistently broadening your HR knowledge.

• You are proactive, client-oriented, and take ownership of your responsibilities; you are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage.
